Fullstack Academy
This week we launched our Fullstack Academy. The goal is to teach people about markets, trading, and investing using the video medium. Our first couple videos will focus on Options, we will start with the basics and work our way up to more sophisticated topics and strategies. But Options won’t be the only focus, hopefully, we can bring in experts to speak about their various specialties, which could include TA, or even investing in early-stage ventures.
The videos will be protected by a revolving password that we will reveal in our weekly email so make sure you are subscribed and read each one.
So far we have uploaded,
💎How to Trade a Call on Deribit (Beginner)
💎How to Interpret Data on Laevitas (Beginner)

Housing Market Looking Broke
It would seem the cracks in the housing market are starting to show, and no, we aren’t talking about China. Let’s look at a chart, shall we?
All the information is beyond the scope of this newsletter so make sure to read the entire piece here.
But here is the TLDR; People aren’t buying new homes, plus the falling affordability leads to median existing sales price reduction and (as explained in the thread below,) when prices are reduced (even by a little) it makes sense for buyers to default, even if they have the means to pay.
Nike is Dominating The Metaverse
One of the best to ever do it, Nike, has lived up to the hype by remaining profitable in the NFT market during the brutal bear. The world's largest sports brand has earned itself the new title of the highest-earning brand in NFT sales this year, making the competition look like children content to build sandcastles while they themselves build New York.
Nike has dominated the physical sneaker market since 1964. So it was only a matter of time before Nike leveraged its iconic sneakers in the emerging digital space. They started their Kahn-like quest beginning in December 2021 with an acquisition of the Web3 studio, RTFKT. The shoe juggernaut’s strategy has proven to be a prescient move.
Since the acquisition, Nike has leveraged RTFKT Studios to help pave a new pipeline in delivering a wide range of digital collectibles and experiences. Recently, data suggests that Nike has earned over $185 million USD in revenue by cultivating over 67,000 NFT-related transactions.
